WHAT IS POLYJACKING?

Polyjacking is the process of pumping a polyurethane expanding foam under a sinking or cracked concrete slab in order to lift it back into place. This foam is unique because it is inorganic and will not break down over time. This will ensure that your concrete will not sink back into place from the fill breaking down or escaping.

The most common places our Omaha polyjacking services are used at homes and businesses include driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, garage floors, basement floors, and steps.

Our Omaha concrete repair team has performed concrete lifting on countless projects using this polyurethane foam and we are confident it will permanently repair your sinking, cracked, or settling concrete slab.

HOW DOES POLYJACKING WORK?

The process of polyjacking is both simple and effective. When we arrive at the jobsite, we follow these steps to repair your sinking concrete.

  1. Clean the surface of the damaged concrete to prevent any dirt or debris preventing proper repair.
  2. Drill small holes in the surface of the concrete.
  3. Polyurethane foam is injected through the small holes.
  4. Concrete rises evenly as the foam expands in the cavity below the concrete.
  5. Once the slab is lifted, we patch the drill holes.

WHY POLYJACKING?

The advantages of polyjacking over similar Omaha concrete repair methods are that it is very cost effective, quick to implement, comprehensive due to the way the foam expands completely, and the longevity of the repairs.
